How long does it take to make a set?

It can vary depending on the complexity of the set and finish. We ask that you allow 10 working days for manufacture.

What are the sets made from?

The sets are made from a gypsum based casting plaster specifically designed for high quality fine reproduction casting.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery via our standard service (Royal Mail standard parcels) takes between 3 - 5 days

Are my credit card details safe?

Yes.  Our payment service provider Worldpay provide the safest means available today for ordering securely on the Internet.  Click here to read our safety statement. 

Can I receive an Order quickly in time for a birthday or Christmas?

Yes. Simply contact us just before you place your order and ask us for our Express option. We can quote you a time to produce your set (as short as 1 day) and send your order by 24 hour Special Delivery. We charge an additional flat rate of £20 to express hand-make. We will also obtain a quote for the Special Delivery service upon your request for the Express option.
