All items on the Craft of Chess website are made-to-order and painted to the customers exact requirements and as such this exemption applies to all purchases from us.
However, should your set not be entirely to your satisfaction when it arrives then we are happy make a replacement set for you free of charge just send the original set back to us! (this offer excludes the cost of postage, which is required to be paid prior to the new set being manufactured).
Refund is available at the absolute discretion of the Management only.
